Specialising in full-service Wedding Coordination & Production, we just love being your Marrakech go-to for handling all the logistics, vendors and complexities that can come with a destination wedding, leaving you free to enjoy your engagement! 

We are here to alleviate the feeling of the unknown, overwhelm and stress, and to take care of all the inevitable back & forth communications with local suppliers, venues and vendors, meaning you only need to experience the fun parts and can leave the rest of the organising to us!

As your behind-the-scenes Marrakech wedding pro’s, my team and I serve as your resource for making your destination wedding seamless, stress-free and extremely special.

Our 4-part wedding package consisting of Planning, Design, Coordination & Execution, is perfect for busy or professional couples who simply don’t have time or perhaps the experience to devote to all the detailed aspects that a destination wedding requires. We are with you every step of the way, helping aid and facilitate all your decisions and ideas!  

We will start with 3 key things:

01. Budget analysis

02. Venue selection

03. Vendor selection

In this initial planning phase I want to make sure we tackle 90% of your key vendors before moving on to phase two. Key vendors include venue, caterer, photographer, cinematographer, band/DJ, officiant, entertainment, cake baker and transportation.

Once we’ve established the majority of your dream team, we move on to the aesthetics! The design phase of planning is centered around the things that are part of your overall look and feel. In the design phase, we’re securing things like: custom floral arrangements, bespoke signs, up-lighting, staging, draping, stationary and paper goods, candles, carpets, poufs, and other decor.

I then create a Design Guide which acts as a playbook for the entire wedding.

This is where it all starts to come together! The timeline is crafted, vendors are contacted and the pieces of the puzzle begin to create one beautiful spread!

I work closely with your venue to establish a timeline that works with the contract and time we’re allotted. I contact the caterer, photographer and cinematographer and ensure we’ve got an optimal timeline for each vendor. As a planner, my role is to facilitate all the moving parts of your wedding day; coordination helps do just that!

The week-of… when all the magic happens! The week of the wedding, I’m sending out final timelines and handling emails and logistics for you. I don’t want you touching your inbox; my goal is to have to ask you the least amount of questions and to be the go-between for vendors and your desires.

We provide unlimited hours of service to you on the day-of too. I’m typically one of the first vendors to arrive, and usually one of the last to leave!

Ideal for the couple who has a little more time to devote to destination wedding planning demands, but wants to ensure all the visual aspects, design and styling are set-up for success and taken care of on the day.

I believe every couple deserves a stylist, because let’s be honest, aside from removing the logistical stress of arranging all the decor and design in the run up to the event; also the last thing you or family want to be doing on this significant day, is run around a venue, laying tables, lighting candles, arranging flowers and generally missing out on this special time together.

You will be in control of sourcing your venue, and securing all your vendors, entertainment, catering, photographers etc, in the run up to the wedding. We work with you and your budget to ensure the design styling of the day is exactly how you envision it, and is all seamlessly taken care of. This means flowers, candles, table decor, furniture, lighting and stationary, and all those design details which help create your dream ambience.

Trying to find the ideal wedding venue and accommodation in Marrakech for your perfect day, is not a small task, especially if you’re based in another country. This service comes as part of your FULL SERVICE package or can be booked independently.

We pride ourselves on working at different venues across Marrakech & beyond, and have excellent knowledge as to which venues can truly provide an outstanding backdrop and wonderful service for your special day.

We would love nothing more than to pass that knowledge onto you. Our venue sourcing package takes all the stress out of trying to find your ideal venue, by providing you with the best options according to your requirements.

This comes as part of the FULL-SERVICE option, or can be booked as a separate session if you plan to do the rest on your own, but just need some help getting your destination wedding vision clear. 

If you are feeling totally overwhelmed by Pinterest, ideas from friends and family and every new blog that you have come across, then allow us to clear your head and work out together what works to make your dream day, matching your likes, dislikes, colours and theme with your venue.

It doesn’t matter how far into the planning process you are, this part of our packages is essential to ensuring we understand your journey and make sure you have ticked all the boxes.
